Snack Attack

If you are like me, eating healthy can get a little boring.  You need new ideas for recipes and snacks to maintain a sensible healthy diet.  Today my Snack Attack is half of banana and pistachios.  It is a heart healthy snack with less than 200 calories.  Both are known to be energy boosters, fight depression, and packed full of potassium. It is the perfect snack to get you through the Mid Morning Blues
