Fit Friday: Boot Camps




Boot Camps are traditionally military training for new recruits with strict discipline.   The strict training and discipline has made its way main stream in the last few years.  Boot Camps are popping up all  over the city.  With the fitness trends moving outdoors, boot camps are a great way to connect to new people and move you outside of the four walls of comfort.  Don’t worry about it being too cold, this intense training will heat you fast. 

Boot camps training give you a total body workout combining strength, cardio, and agility.  Looking to join a boot camp ask your friends to recommend a training program that fits your needs or get a group of co-workers together and chip in on a trainer to do a boot camp after work.
