Jumpstart your fitness goals by participating in health challenges. I know firsthand how hard it is to get motivated to exercise. Participating in challenges is what encourages me. Below is a Challenge I created for the Month of November. Grab your friends, family, and co-workers to get started today. Below is a Challenge I created for the Month of November. Friends! Family! Join me in a 30-day health challenge. Extremely fun way to meet many people who want to get healthy. For the next 30 days, I am asking everyone to do aerobic exercise for 30 minutes. If you have a gym membership, join a workout class. Many offer classes like Zumba! Don’t like going to the gym? Hit the trails or dust off those old exercise DVDs. Walking, my favorite YouTube channels Tiffany Rothe, and the BeFit Family are a part of my 30-day plan.

What to do

  • Take a before Picture of Yourself
  • Take your measurements
  • Connect with PSC on all Social Media sites including signing up for our email list.
  • Take pictures of you working out using the hashtag #PSCFitness
  • When you have completed the workout post in our private group PSC Workout and Greet!
  • Encourage someone else to join the challenge
  • Have Fun!
