Fitness Challenge Blues

Confession of PhatSkinny Chic 

The 30/30 challenge is proving to be harder than the Squat Challenge.  Finding my workout rhythm is harder than I first thought. This past weekend was especially hard.  I held a writing workshop, and my great nephew was born.  Constantly moving from one place to the next, makes it hard for me to exercise. Morning workouts are the best solution for me. No more hitting the snooze button, I got it done! 

Participating in fitness challenges helps keep me accountable.  Doing challenges with my friends encourages me to stay healthy.  I enjoy the benefits of regular exercise. I refused to let my lack of time management defeat me. I got this! I am PHATSkinny Chic!
