Father’s Day Body Blast Workout
This post is for all the Fathers out there who still think
they got a little left in the tank. Complete this quick full body workout and
compete with your kids if they’re old enough or if not, just sit them down and
let them watch daddy go to work. The workout is as follows:
Warm-up and stretch (7
min): Try to complete warm-up without stopping then stretch
Jog in place – 60 sec
Jumping Jacks – 60 sec
Sprint in place – 30 sec
Jog in place – 60 sec
Jumping Jacks - 60 sec
Sprint in place – 30 sec
The Workout:
Set your timer for 10
minutes. Complete these 4 exercises in order to complete 1 set. Complete as
many sets as you can in 10 minutes. The winner is the Father’s Day Body Blast
Champion!
Pushups – 10 reps
Jump Squats - 10 reps
Bicycle Crunches – 20
reps
Mountain climbers –
20 reps
