September Challenge: 30/30 Workout Challenge
Heeeeey! How YOU doing? (in my Wendy Williams' voice) The summer is over and we are transitioning into the fall. For some it means putting on the latest fall fashions but for PhatSkinny Chic is about kicking our workouts into high gear. We are doing our first fitness challenge. WhoooHoo!!! Super Stoked!!! We understand not all of our Phatskinny Chicas are on the same fitness level. We wanted to find something that was challenging and rewarding at the same time. 30/30 Workout Challenge is about spending 30 minutes or more out of 24 hour period doing physical activities. We carve out time to watch our favorite television show (Hello! SCANDAL!). Now is the time we set aside 30 minutes to focus on our health.
Things Done in 30 Minutes:
- Rachel Ray cooks a meal
- Yoga
- Watch a Sitcom
- Zumba
- Read a chapter in a book
- Ride a Bike
- Go for a Walk
- Talk on the Phone
- Play CandyCrush
- Eat Lunch
- Michael Jackson Experience
As you can see I list several physical activities that can be done in 30 minutes. We as women have so much going on in our everyday lives. It is important we do not neglect our bodies. We need our bodies to function at tip top shape in order to do everything on our To Do Lists.
