One of my favorite Yoga Poses is the downward dog.  It is the first poses I learned to do. I love this pose because it is like giving myself a massage.

This pose helps tone the thighs gets rid of the jiggly fat and cellulite.  This is the go to move to tone your legs for wear short skirts

Cobra Pose

Cobra Pose

Cobra Pose looks like a snake getting ready to strike.  This is my go to move when I want to release tension that settles into my back, neck, and shoulders.

Warrior Pose


Warrior Pose

This is a standing yoga pose. It helps open the hips, strengthen to core and thighs. This pose engages the entire body.  Their are many different warrior poses and  all are worth trying.  I love this for the overall strength building

Cobbler Pose


Cobbler Pose
I like doing this pose especially after an intense workout.  The cobbler pose helps open my hips and gives me an extra stretch. I love this pose because it allows me to relax my mind and gather my thoughts.  It is a very peaceful and relaxing pose
