Youtube's BeFit in 90
Good Morning!!
I found a really great workout system for anyone who wants to try P90x or Insanity but not spend all the $$$$. Youtube has free a workout system called BeFit in 90. I stumble across this workout system and have even done a few workouts. I started sweating instantly. The great thing is BeFit offers other workout systems as well. I have added a preview and link to the work out.
