Celebrate Small Success
Recently, I started doing Yoga on a consistent basis. When I started, I could barely do the downward dog position for five seconds. NOW I can hold the position for 15 seconds. My strength is building along with my flexibility. JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING TODAY DOESN'T MEAN YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO DO IT TOMORROW! Never let size or disabilities keep you from trying new things. You can accomplish anything when you believe in YOURSELF!
