If you have been with me for a while, you already know I am a fan of Leslie Sansone’s “Just Walk” Fitness plan. I have lost 40lbs with this lady. Whether you want a quick workout with a one mile walk or you really want to feel the burn with high-intensity workout with the 5 mile burn. She has something that fits your needs. What I love most about her DVD’s are the fact that anyone at any fitness level can do it. Also, it can be done in the comforts of home. This is a plus for my friends who are too shy to workout in a group setting. Every time I work out using her video, I hear this voice telling me to sign up to be a Just Walk Instructor. Maybe this year I will stop twirling the idea around in my mind and do it…mmmph that is a 2015 goal…
