5 Healthy Substitutes for Chip Lovers...

Hi my name is Jackie and I am a Chip Lover.  Whew! Now that I have admitted it to myself, I feel so free. It is a load off my shoulders. Chips are my go to stable snack when I am frustrated, anger, happy or sad...(I am overcoming my emotional eating) My favorite flavors are Sour Cream & Onion, Ranch Pringles, & Salt&Pepper Chips...Oh I forgot about my obsession with Garlic Flavor Plantains which are hard to find in my neck of the woods in Georgia.  So Crespo if you are reading this send me some Garlic Plantains from Miami!!! (see my obsession with them I am begging my friend to send me some from Miami. I need HELP! LOL!)

Since starting my health journey, I have learned many processed food carry hidden sodium. I was wondering why I was looking bloated outside of that time of the month. I was taken my blood pressure pill as prescribed to me by my doctor. (Reason I am on the Healthy Journey. Who wants to take pill forEVER?) Then it hit me I have very high intake of sodium in my diet.  All those chips I love was filled with sodium and other things I can't pronounce.  I am not on a diet but doing a complete lifestyle overhaul.  I learning how to eat healthy as a way of life.  I cannot afford to do yo-yo dieting. I am taking my time losing weight and learning about the things that work and don't work for me. I want my weigh loss to be permanent.  I am chip lover and I had to find a way to satisfy my taste-buds and be healthy.
