PHATSkinny Chics are class acts! We juggle work, spouse, kids,
volunteering, and friends. It can be very hard squeezing in a moment to breathe
let alone time to exercise. Exercise is
very important to a woman's work life balance. Exercise sparks our
creativity and keeps us fuel to continue our juggling act. Here are some tips for squeezing in Exercise
without paying the high cost gym membership.
· Netflix – For $7.99 a month Netflix gives access
to great exercise DVDs over internet access.
We have found DVDs like the 10 Minute Solutions Workouts such as
Kickboxing, Pilates, & Abs. These workouts are in 10 minute increments
awesome for a quick workout.
· Game Console such as Wii & Xbox Kinect- Each
of these consoles offer games which are suited for exercising. Zumba is great
on both console and offer 20 minute workouts. Send the kids outside to play
while getting your play time in.
· Walk Away
the Lbs by Leslie Sansome- the simple walking system offer a quick walk in the
living room. Walk 1 mile in 18 minutes and feel great for the rest of the
day. Great way to begin the day
· On-Demand!!!- Already paying the high cost of
cable. May as well enjoy the perks of On-Demand. Go to the Exercise Channel and
find a great workout. Try out belly dancing in the comforts of home or a strip tease class without embarrasing yourself in front of people.
YOLO- You Only Live Once! So pencil in some extra time to
take care of yourself
