- 4. Stimulates both hemispheres of the brain and keeps you alert and retain more information ~Damn, No wonder I slept through my sociology class in college. My professor spoke in shades of gray…I need bright colors like pink blue and green. I think of a rainbow when I think of laughter…smh
- 5. Lower stress levels wards off depression ~People tap into your inner idiot and don’t take life so serious…Everything in life is kind of funny when you think about it.
- 6. It occurs more often in groups settings. Laughing gives you an excuse to throw a party ~who doesn’t like to be around friends and family. If you add alcohol to your party with your crazy friends and family, you are bound to have tons to laugh at.
