Becoming Healthy is a daily process for me and constant journey...I have dropped four dress sizes since starting on this journey...(24w-18w) Here My Top 5 Things I have learned so far... Enjoy


5 Lessons I learned so FAR...

  1. THERE IS NO TIME FRAME TO LOSE THE WEIGHT!  It is a journey...Take one day at a time
  2. Find What works for you!  There are so many fad diets out there and they are making $$$$ of us by playing on our emotions...
  3. Deal with your issues...Ask yourself why do you go through the drive thru vs cooking at home?
  4. Hard work and discipline...Sorry people it takes work and effort to be healthy.  Remember you are worth the effort. 
  5. Don't let other people stop you...Not everyone is ready to make the journey with you and don't force them...It will only make you miserable.
