Becoming Healthy is a daily process for me and constant journey...I have dropped four dress sizes since starting on this journey...(24w-18w) Here My Top 5 Things I have learned so far... Enjoy
5 Lessons I learned so FAR...
- THERE IS NO TIME FRAME TO LOSE THE WEIGHT! It is a journey...Take one day at a time
- Find What works for you! There are so many fad diets out there and they are making $$$$ of us by playing on our emotions...
- Deal with your issues...Ask yourself why do you go through the drive thru vs cooking at home?
- Hard work and discipline...Sorry people it takes work and effort to be healthy. Remember you are worth the effort.
- Don't let other people stop you...Not everyone is ready to make the journey with you and don't force them...It will only make you miserable.
