This Ultimate Walking System is broken up into 5 days with a toning and conditioning for different body sections. I am typically a fan of Leslie’s products…I have found it very useful for beginning a workout regimen. Here is a list of my pros and cons of this particular product:
Pros
· Great for any fitness level and ages
· Easy to follow
· Affordable
· Four Basic Steps
· Energetic
· Diverse people of all ages and sizes
· Encouraging
Cons
· Music- if you are not into to techno/dance music, it can get on your nerves
· Leslie tends to talk too much, but this is to get you do more reps
Overall I think this is a great DVD for beginners and middle age teenagers. For about a low cost, a person can begin a workout regimen that starts them on their road to health. I would recommend this product for my plus size sisters who are looking for a way to get fit. A mile can be walked in under 20 minutes. This includes stretching. The way the DVD is set up you can walk the one-mile section until you are ready to got the 2-mile, & 3-mile. It is less intimidating than other DVDs and plus you walk in the comforts of your own home. I give this product 4 out of 5 weights.
