Well as promised, I said I would provide you all with some resources to download to your very own phone that will help you to attain your goals on becoming a better, stronger you! Now there are MANY and I do mean MANY apps out there for fitness, some are great and others aren't in my best interest. All apps are like men, they vary depending on your taste, LOL!
