21 day Challenge
Studies show it takes 21 days to form a habit. This month PHATSkinny Chic Challenge is to
find a good habit you want to start and do it.
One of my 2014 goals is to really truly honestly eat healthier. I’m hot and cold in this area. I can go weeks
with eating healthy and in moment I can throw caution to the wind and pig
out. I realize I like to eat well. My 21 day challenge is to eat healthy tasty
meals. I am working my way towards clean
eating …No process food. With this
challenge, I am hoping it will change my mind-set about food and move me closer
to healthy weight.
