Happy Friday!  
I have compiled a short list of  tips on how to use Facebook to support your weight loss Journey

Update status with posts about your workouts.  Tell your FACEBOOK Family that you are losing weight will help you stay accountable.  I discovered many of my friends were doing the same thing. We started sending each other workout tips and encouraging messages to stay motivate on the journey.  My friends and I may be able to work out together physically, but it doesn’t mean we can’t support each other

Follow Trainers and ask questions.  I have found they are always willing to help and share their expertise.  9 times out of 10, there is someone who has the same questions as you so don’t be afraid to ask.

Send encouraging Posts to friends.  Everyone has a bad day and needs encouraging.  Find a positive quote and posted to your friends page

Invite people to Like PhatSkinny Chic…it is a positive environment to inspire people to get healthy.
