Shake It Off

i found this on the internet...It made me laugh...
It is the 1st Month of the 2nd quarter of the year.  What have you accomplished?  If you are like me, you are not quite where you expected.  I wanted to be at least 20lbs smaller but with the crazy winter and being lazy.  I haven’t lost the 20lbs.  I'm here to encourage you that it is time to shake those disappointments off and press fwd.  Create new goals for yourself.  I know I am focusing more on strength training and YOGA.  I have lost 50 lbs but I have so much flabby skin that I don’t like. I’m realizing that I can no longer avoid weights.  I will keep you posted on my journey with weights…
