Shondra Rhimes is my #WCW. Outside of being a profound writer & creator of some of the best shows on television. I admire her for living her truth. She is not define by society views on women. I love the fact her shows are about strong female leads who are vulnerable, soft and feminine. We as women are complex and she writes to the truth about how truly unique and inspiring we are was ladies. For far too long, we have allowed a few people to define beauty standards. Kudos to Shondra Rhimes for shining a light on many kinds of Beautiful Women
