Happy Election Day!

Every since I can remember, I've loved the political process. History and Civics was my favorite subjects in school.   When I turned 18, I couldn't wait to exercise my right to vote. I have voted every year since I was granted my right to do so. My passion comes from the lessons in history class about how blacks and women did not always have the freedom to vote. Since I am both black and a woman, I value and appreciate my right to express my voice through voting.  On this Election Day, I encourage you to go to the polls and VOTE!
