There is nothing like the pain of wobbly ankles while wearing stilettos. Yeah, you are working it sitting down; until it is.time to leave and your ankle gives out. I have literally been in tears and know I am not the only one. I have seen the walk of shoe shame many times. You know, when you're grasping to the wall or your man for dear life!

So how can your legs get more compliments than your heels? Simple, calf raises. This exercise does not only strengthen your calf muscles, but your ankles as well!
