Vanquish FDA approved Fat-burning Machine

I love watching the health videos they have on display in the doctor's office.  They are always informative.  The other day I was watching one where the FDA has approved a new fat-burning machine called Vanquish.  I am down with anything which helps me with the battle of the bulge. What I noticed in these videos is the candidates don't have much fat to lose.  I would love for them to show me a video with a fat chick getting these treatments and show the significant changes in her body.  Then I will be really impressed!  

What can Vanquish Do? 

How do I sign up for the testing of this machine?  Does the fat-burning work differently on "severely obese" people than other people?  What are the drawbacks? Is it like liposuction where the fat is now being stored in a new area of the body?  I really do like the idea of a fat burning machine. I think the $600-900 price range is worth it. Inquiring minds want to know how does it work on a plus size woman?
