Kirk Franklin is back with a game-changing cd title Losing My Religion. I had the privilege to attend the listening party held in Atlanta.  With phenomenal production, the music sounds like a great Broadway musical. Kirk's gives us a peek into his creative genius with his latest music.  Kirk reveals to us the depths of his love for God.

Kirk’s music seems to coincide with my personal struggles. His willingness to be vulnerable encouraged everyone in the room.  “I’m not losing my religion but losing my trying and learning to trust God” reiterated my sentiments about religion.  As a Christian, I find it is too many rules.  Trying to be perfect can be stressful. God desires is for Christians to experience freedom. Freedom happens when I stop trying to be perfect and trust God to make me like him.

Over was the crowd favorite! Trust me, this song will be on repeat.  It's my new theme song.  It’s music FA YA Soul. Losing My Religion is well worth the wait. Welcome Back Kirk!
